Mountain Camp Woodside is a co-ed summer sleep- away Resident Camp (for grades 2nd – 10th) nestled in the heart of beautiful Portola Valley, California on the 63-acre campus of the Woodside Priory School.

Mountain Camp Woodside’s minimal technology, non-competitive program is designed to build confidence and independence, encourage friendships and healthy lifestyle choices and other 21st century skills. We offer activities like mountain biking, arts & crafts, soccer, swimming, archery and outdoor survival. In today’s hectic, high-tech world, we believe a back-to-basics approach to outdoor recreation and plain ol’ fashion “fun” is critical to building a child’s positive self-image.

A quality summer camp experience will provide education, challenge, achievement and acceptance. Mountain Camp Woodside’s unique atmosphere allows children to learn in a fun and safe environment that encourages independence while nurturing lasting friendships. From campfire songs and skits to the first time away from home, the camp experience can have a profound impact on a child’s development.

Mountain Camp Woodside is accredited by the American Camp Association (www.acacamps.org) and is a member of the Western Association of Independent Camps (www.waic.org). At Camp EDMO we fuel our Pre-K–8th grade campers’ curiosity by immersing them in maker-infused art, science, technology and nature. We bolster kids’ confidence by introducing them to new experiences and champion their compassion by encouraging kindness.

The Decathalon Sports Club of Los Altos is a sports & recreation program for girls and boys entering grades 1-7. Summer 2020 will be our 40th summer of fun!

Activites include baseball, gymnastics, soccer, tennis, basketball, hockey, volleyball, swimming, capture the flag, dance, handball, GaGa, dodgeball games, flag football, track & field, frisbee, golf, ping-pong, and arts & crafts. We also offer special Friday events such as scavenger hunts, carnival games with prizes, magic shows, and field trips to Raging Waters, bowling and the beach!

Our camp is held at Springer School in Mt. View. Camp hours are 9:00am - 3:45pm with extended care available from 8:00am - 6:00pm. Camp dates for summer 2020 are: Session One June 15 - July 10 and Session Two July 13 - July 31 (2, 3, and 4 week options). Registration is open now!

Spartans Sports Camp offers a wide variety of sports, performing arts, and academic enrichment camps for kids entering grades 1-9. Experienced staff ensures everyone has fun. Daily on-site swimming is offered for all summer camps. Founded in 2012 by former Athletic Director John Payne, the camp is run by MVHS coaches and student-athletes and all proceeds benefit the MVHS Athletic Department.

Winner may choose from these camps:

Multi-Sport Camp (Grades 1-7). Value $399.
Our multi-sport camp offers campers a variety of activities including basketball, soccer, street hockey, capture the flag, swimming, and many others. The emphasis is to introduce campers to as many sports as possible while having fun at the same time.

Sports Specific Camps (Grades 3-9). Value $399.
Each camp is run by the MVHS coaches and student athletes for that sport. The morning is focused on skill-work and the afternoon on tactics and competition. There is also an hour of "Cross Training," which allows campers to play a different sport (such as capture the flag) or go swimming. List of sports offered is on our website at

Cheerleading Camp (Grades 1-8). Value $399.
This camp is geared towards educating young girls and boys in the sport and performance of cheerleading. It is open to beginner through intermediate cheerleaders. Your child will learn game cheers, stunts, tumbling and a halftime performance dance. We will separate the camp into beginner and intermediate levels according to the number enrolled in camp. There will be a performance to showcase what they have learned on the Friday of camp.

Hip Hop Dance Camp (Grades 2-8). Value $399.
Learn dance skills from the different hip hop genres. The dancers will learn mini dance routines daily. MVHS dance coaches and alumni will be teaching at this camp.
