Location
The Bullis Charter School’s Annual Spring Auction will take place at The Crowne Plaza Hotel, located at 4290 El Camino Real, Palo Alto, CA 94306.
Attire
This is a Black and White gala event. Black and White Cocktail attire is highly recommended. Check out our pin boards for inspiration.
Parking
Self- parking is complimentary at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. Valet Parking is available for $15 per car and overnight parking is only available with an overnight guest room.
Accommodations
The Crowne Plaza Hotel is thrilled to offer a special room rate of $119 per night for their Standard Room and $200 per night for a Suite to the guests of The Bullis Charter SCHOOL’S ANNUAL Auction! The rate is based on availability and does not include applicable taxes. Check In
Please check in at the welcome table upon arrival. You will receive your table number, bid paddle, and have the opportunity to swipe your credit card for a fast and easy checkout process. If you have not already registered your smartphone for Mobile Bidding, you will be able to do so during the check in process. Please note: if you elect to swipe your credit card at check in or check out, the payment will not be processed until two business days after the auction.
Food & Beverages
Passed “concessions” will be served from 5:30PM – 6:50 PM, followed by a delicious pre-selected plated dinner and a fabulous dessert selection. Wine, beer, mixed drinks and soft drinks are available throughout the entire evening.

An assortment of mouth-watering desserts IS up for grabs in this amazing race.
Silent & Live Auctions
Feast your eyes on incredible auction items up for bid. The Silent Auction items on display will take place from 5:30 PM -6:50PM and will be followed directly by dinner and the Live Auction. Mobile Bidding for the Silent Auction will begin at 9:00 AM on Thursday, February 26, 2016.
